Syafrin advised MSMEs to use the Cikajang Festival as a momentum to market their best products and, of course, with a wider market reach.
"Continue to innovate and create new creations for your products, and ensure that the quality improves so that the market will be wide open," he added.
Syafrin also appealed to residents to start sorting waste according to type.
"In accordance with the Jakarta Provincial Government's program, we are currently promoting waste sorting. This means that as good residents, we are obligated to sort our waste wherever we are," he emphasized.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive of the 2026 Cikajang Festival, Hasan Abdul Ghani, explained that for this year's event, the committee provided 82 tents or booths.
The MSME products marketed at the Cikajang Festival include culinary, crafts, fashion, and more. All participants are local MSMEs or those supported by the government, the Family Welfare Movement (TP PKK), and youth organizations.
"The event lasted for two days. The first day went well, and we hope today will go just as well. Thank you to everyone who made our event a success," he stated.
